Born and raised in Vietnam, I moved to the United States for graduate school and began my career as a Sales Engineer in the telecommunications industry. This role allowed me to develop my technical skills while connecting with clients to solve complex problems.

While learning about real estate investing, I stumbled upon the short-term rental market and immediately saw its potential. Today, I manage a portfolio of five properties—both my own and others—and have earned the status of Superhost, a reflection of my dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences and consistent five-star service

Dan Stegelman

Co-founder

Born and raised in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area, I developed a strong appreciation for community and the value of hard work early on. After earning my undergraduate degree from Purdue University, I went on to attend IUPUI for medical school, where I honed my problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

While pursuing my medical career, I discovered a passion for real estate investing—especially short-term rentals. Together with my wife, Anh, we’ve built a portfolio of five successful properties, earning Superhost status through our focus on guest satisfaction and quality service.

Our goal is to expand across Indiana, partnering with property owners to maximize their income through short-term rentals. I’m excited to help others succeed in this growing space.
